At the end of this valuable time with Dorothy, you will:

If you feel that you are not getting enough sleep, Dorothy can leave you and your baby feeling content, well-rested and in your case, ready to tackle the next day with confidence and enthusiasm.  Dorothy’s experience and practical support will help you to:

  • Establish an appropriate sleep routine for your baby
  • Develop no-fuss, settling strategies
  • Leave you free to get more sleep!

Are you feeling a little daunted at the prospect of caring for more than one baby?  Dorothy has many years of experience in supporting families with multiple babies.  Her practical advice will:

  • Help you to understand the family dynamic of having multiple babies
  • Assist you to confidently and effectively care for yourself and your family
  • Be more confident in your role as a mum

Initial telephone consultation - $75.00 (back to top)

Telephone/Skype conversation (up to 30mins) to assess and discuss your issues with your baby within your own environment. This initial conversation will provide you with preliminary advice and determine which of the above baby packages would best suit you and your family.

 

Email consultation - $85.00 (back to top)

$85 per email consultation and this includes one follow up phone consultation / email.

In-home consultations - $300.00 / 4 hours (back to top)

Whatever your baby care concerns or questions, book an in-home consultation with Dorothy today.  You will receive practical help and valuable guidance to address your issues and set you along the right track in caring for you and your family.  

In-home consultations are a minimum of four hours and include 2 follow up phone consultations / emails if required.

Dorothy is available for group consultations such as private coffee groups as well as guest speaking at larger events. This is a tailored service, individually designed to meet the needs of the specific group and is priced upon request.
 

 

Dial Dorothy - $Various (back to top)

Baby Help has a very high success rate in helping families with babies.  As a result, many parents have enquired about receiving ongoing advice and assistance.  In recognition of this I have recently launched my “dial Dorothy” consultation packages that give members access to email/text/phone/Skype support for a number of hours a month at discounted rates.

Membership is available at two different levels – Baby Help for up to two hours a month and Baby Help Plus for up to four hours a month.  All hotline members will be entitled to lower consultancy fees in the event that the level of advice offered in either package is exceeded.  Members will also have access to my in-home consultancy packages at discounted rates.

Baby Help Membership
Baby Help members have access to email/text/phone/Skype support for up to two hours each month.  Baby Help hotline members enjoy a 10% discount on packages purchased for their family and/or support advice provided to them in addition to the hours in the Baby Help package.

Baby Help Plus Membership
Baby Help Plus members have access to email/text/phone/Skype support for up to four hours each month.  Baby Help Plus hotline members enjoy a 15% discount on packages purchased for their family and/or support advice provided to them in addition to the hours in the Baby Help Plus package.

The monthly fee must be paid in advance by the 20th of the month prior by Internet banking in order to have access to the hotline for the following month.  Entitlement of hours may be rolled over for a 12 month period* but expire at the end of the 12 months whether used or not.

The best way to contact me is by text or email.  If you prefer to speak with me it is still preferable to text or email in advance so we can arrange a time to speak.

You can call me between 7am and 11pm Monday to Saturday inclusive.  If I am not available you should leave a message or send a detailed email/text.

I will endeavor to respond to you within 8 hours during the above hours.  Normally I anticipate responding within an hour, however there may be times that I am unavailable or am outside Internet or mobile coverage.

*Availabilty of additional discounted hours and roll on hours is at my discretion.

All rates quoted are inclusive of G.S.T. 

Deposit: Deposit of 50% payable at the time of confirmation of booking (non refundable).
Cancellation: 24 hours or less will incur a charge of 50% of the fee.
Travel costs: These will apply for destinations more than 50km outside of central Auckland.
